Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1–2 days from the date of order and will be delivered on or before 6–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note: We take a minimum of 2–4 working days to prepare and dispatch a custom order.

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products once sold unless they are damaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of damages or issues, you will be eligible for a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return in case of damages, you can contact us at info@thebasictribe.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our quality check team will verify the details and contact you via mobile/email for the required action. Your email should mention all the details pertaining to your order along with images of the defect or complaint.

The product must be received within 15 days from the date our team clears the issue with you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 4–5 working days from the date of confirmation.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or delivery attempts refused by the recipient, will not be eligible for refunds.

Cancellation

Once an order is processed, cancellation is not available. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the entire amount back to you.
